CASE #4: TOOTH IMPLANT (front tooth)

Patient presented w/ esthetically and functionally failing maxillary anterior dentition due to fractured retained root, exposed restorative margins & supra-eruption. It was decided by patient to opt for extraction of fractured tooth and remaining anterior teeth #’s 7,8 & 10 followed by two implant placement.
